Our client is a 1 billion dollar bank holding company that is seeking an Ag Loan Officer for their office in the Fairbury, Nebraska area. This individual will report to the Market President. This individual will inherit a piece of the branches 30 million dollar portfolio. This portfolio is mainly ag and small business loans. They will be expected to maintain the existing portfolio and grow the lending and deposit portfolio. This area does a lot of grain, sorghum and wheat, as well as cattle. Seeking an individual with 3 plus to 20 plus years of ag lending experience. Strong credit knowledge as well as an ability to be involved in the community is essential.
