Rotex is looking for an Aftermarket CSR to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As an Aftermarket CSR you will be responsible for:

Processing parts orders and provide technical assistance to customers. Actively promote the Company’s parts business to achieve profitable sales growth. Coordinate sales calls through direct contact with customer and sales representatives. Maintain strict adherence to high ethical business standards and applicable governmental laws, regulations and codes.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide quotations and process parts orders from customers and sales representatives.

  • Provide technical assistance and mechanical troubleshooting service as required.

  • Actively promote the Company’s parts business by identifying prospects, pursuing leads, and supporting representatives’ sales efforts. Formulate pricing and prepare quotations as needed.

  • Proactively promote the sale of new retrofit offerings and product enhancement features to targeted customers.

  • Follow up on parts quotes to assist in closing sales.

  • Perform other assignments or duties appropriate to the overall responsibility of the position of Aftermarket Sales Representative.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Basic Requirements:

Education

High School graduate and some college courses with a focus in business; and 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and sales related experience.

Computer Skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office required.
