Overview:
You will be responsible for overall management of patient care within a designated area within a primarily weekend assignment.

How you will make an impact:

· You will manage weekend operations of patient care activity and outcomes.

· You will collaborate with staff and management from multiple departments to achieve outcomes.

· You will assist with prioritizing patient and family needs on the weekends.

· You will work with colleagues from other departments including other clinical operations departments.

What you need:

· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent amount of education and experience in a clinical and/or administrative field required.

· Licensure: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license to practice in the state of Michigan.

· Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of clinical experience required; clinical expertise in hospice preferred.

Hospice of Michigan is a nonproft organization who serves 54 counties across the state of Michigan. Hospice of Michigan was founded in 1980 by a group of volunteers in Southeastern Michigan, and in 1994 became a statewide organization when it merged with 10 community-based hospices. We provide care for all—regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay.
