Universal Logistics, in direct partnership with Caterpillar, is hiring in the Chillicothe area! We are looking for advanced logistics specalists for immediate openings! Now is the perfect time to join a growing company servicing a great customer!
Pay: $28.00/HR
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
1st – 7:00am – 3:00pm
2nd – 3:00pm – 11:00pm
3rd – 11:00pm – 7:00am
Description:
Training new employees on current and new process within the warehouse
Ensuring area has the right organization and process flow and 5S
Utilizing a Warehouse management system (MTS, EMW, TOCS, PINK, MFG, PowerBI, and SAP) Daily
Working through incoming and outgoing product within the facility to ensure accuracy, queue alignment, and systems tracking of material
Productivity tracking
Incoming and outgoing shipments
Process/Perform Inventory/Quality Audits
Skills:
Logistics, warehouse management system, sap systems, process validation, logistics management, training development, Shipping and receiving, IRA, Production, Warehouse IRA, Microsoft office, Supervisory skills, 5S, Operation, Kitting, Production supervision, Sap, Data entry, Material handling (Stand-Up, Sit-Down, Order-Pickers), Process improvement, Management skills
Additional Skills:
Advanced Warehouse Management/Supervisor Experience
Advanced Systems Management Knowledge: MTS, EMW, TOCS, PINK, MFG, PowerBI, Cloud Based, and SAP, etc.
Strong communication and organizational skills: Must be capable of meeting stringent deadlines
Forklift Experience: Stand-Up, Sit-Down, and Order-picker
Advanced Technical Training
