Summary: Provides comprehensive supports to the SVP of the Leadership & Organizational Performance division to including managing division activities, budget management, special projects, report writing, research, and coordination and communication across the organization.

Location: Remote

Anticipated salary: $90,000 Extended experience: up to $107,500 if experience exceeds expectations

Principal Functions:

  • Oversees daily operations of the division in collaboration with the SVP and division leaders including managing calendars, generating reports and other correspondence, planning and coordinating division meetings, etc.

  • Develops and maintains a division budget and works with division leaders to monitor and forecast spending.

  • Supports division leaders in management, coordination, compliance, and communication of project activities for cooperative agreement(s), grants, and other funding sources.

  • Supports division leaders with identifying and monitoring key performance indicators.

  • Conducts research as needed to inform division work and policy development.

  • Collects and supports the development of documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Prepares, reviews, and disseminates reports from division units and teams for internal correspondence, board meetings, press distribution and other written media.

  • Improve current processes and procedures to optimize collaboration, workflow, and budget management.

  • Manages the Senior Vice President’s schedule, including prioritizing and scheduling meetings, planning travel, and anticipates needs for meeting preparation.

  • Coordinates and manages division meetings and retreats.

  • Provides support and oversight for special projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Four years prior related experience in a business or executive administration role.

  • Experience in project management, budgeting, grants management, and strategic planning.

  • Public health knowledge or experience a plus.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent judgment, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks and maintain deadlines.

  • Ability to function in a high-paced and quickly changing environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
