Summary:

The NetSuite Administrator is primarily responsible for working with our Department Managers in the implementation of all new integrations, custom project development, and end user technical support within NetSuite.

Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain core NetSuite records including but not limited to customer records, item records, Bill of Materials and Revision records

- Maintain proper system access for all roles and employees

- Builds, runs, distributes, and supports in-depth searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions

- Assist with leveraging workflows and customizations to optimize the end-user experience

- Problem solve end-user errors related to transactions and record setup

- Develop and maintain basic user guides and SOPs

- Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently

- Review scenarios and implement changes in accordance with change management requirements

- Provide front line support for all users with consideration for all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance

- Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Tech savvy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem solving environment

- Some SQL experience preferred

- Strong understanding of financial data and reporting within NetSuite

- Can exercise strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments

- Capable of handling complex processes

- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment while delivering efficient and streamlined solutions

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience within NetSuite (at any level)

- 4-6 years of experience with end-user training and support

Direct experience with production and/or manufacturing ERP modules preferred
