The University of Pittsburgh Purchasing Services department is seeking a temporary Contract Administrator. The position is almost totally remote with a quarterly visits to campus required. All department staff members work from home.
The Contract Administrator will interact closely with procurement specialists to process and administer approximately 1200 contracts each fiscal year. The individual will work with Jaggaer Contracts Plus software.
The Contract Administrator will create electronic folders in order to obtain University and supplier signatures on contracts. The individual will also use DocuSign extensively for electronic signatures.
The Contract Administrator will track and follow-up on contracts sent to suppliers for final execution and provide copies of contracts to internal customers.
The individual will manage a database of University-wide contracted supplier certificates of insurance.
The Contract Administrator will track University-wide contracts to notify director and procurement specialists when contracts are expiring.
The position is almost totally remote with a quarterly visits to campus required. All department staff members work from home.
An associates degree is required. Some familiarity with DocuSign, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook will be helpful.
