As a leader in providing security services for high profile events we are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our team! Your role in this fast-paced environment will be to work with the Company President through a variety of tasks ranging from event planning to daily operations of the organization.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include communicating via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed and assisting with a variety of special projects.

Candidates with previous administrative assistant experience are preferred.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement office procedures
  • Carry out administrative duties, such as scanning, typing, filing, etc.
  • Assist the President to create and deliver presentations
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
  • Other administrative tasks to support the President

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Superior communication skills -- both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of best practices in office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Suite software
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills Planning and organizational skills
