JobResponsibilities

Pennoni is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience consistent but not limited to:

  • Working on office Administrative tasks
  • Data entry into Deltek
  • Proofreading and formatting reports and other documents
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • A/R Collections

Required Attributes

  • Years of experience: 1-3.
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the AEC industry
  • Associates Degree
  • Proposal writing experience
  • Experience responding to RFP/RfQs
  • Effectively interact with both external and internal clients.
