Award-winning company in business over 30 years, is looking for an experienced multi tasker to join our team as Admin Assistant / Inside Sales Assistant. This position is the first point of contact, representing the first impression of our business & is responsible for the start of a positive customer experience.

We are Perryman Painting & Remodeling (based in Rocklin, CA, serving the Sacramento region), an established & growing residential & commercial remodeling contractor. We provide painting, kitchen/bath remodeling services & concrete coatings for busy professionals, established families, & successful empty-nesters throughout the Sacramento region. About the Job - Key Responsibilities
- Working in our office handling inbound & outbound phone calls.
- Schedule sales appointments via phone, email, & text.
- Follow up on past sales appointments using our well defined process.
- Maintain frequent communication with prospective clients throughout their time with us.
- Help sales team prepare materials needed for appointments, modify appointment schedule to maximize efficiency, monitor & track results.
- Provide extra admin support to all staff as needed
- Daily use of: Salesforce, MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Google Calendar & Google Drive

Requirements
- You must be dependable
- MS Office; Tech-savvy, cloud-based solutions, apps, etc.
- Experience with home improvement industry is a plus, but not required
Work Hours & Pay
- Monday - Friday - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hourly Pay: $17 - $23
- Retirement - Simple IRA
