Now hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a fast paced environment at a distribution center in the greater McAllen area.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.- Using computers to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Keep Data Log
- Make and update spreadsheets
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Schedule Monday to Friday (Saturday if Needed)
08:00am to 05:00pm

Work Experience
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Data Entry
- Microsoft Office required, Exel, Word, and Power point
- Attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Fast Learner
