White Plains Linen | LINENS a la Carte is the tri-states’ leading supplier of fine linens for leading restaurants and caterers. We have an immediate opening in the Accounts Receivable Department.
We are looking for a professional, reliable person with excellent attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for entering incoming payments, preparing and processing deposits, sending customer statements and/or invoices, as well as sending bill reminders to facilitate payment for balances due.
- Knowledge of Sage necessary
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team oriented environment where changes to procedures are common
- Ability to compute basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Record and calculate customer data accurately
- Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
- Maintain composure with difficult or irate customers
- Promote a positive work environment
- Perform other clerical duties as required
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-5:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
