Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily batch payment journals
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Handle vendor inquires
- Prepare Sales and Use Tax
- Prepare Form 1099s
- Ensure proper accounting of month-end
- Perform Ad-Hoc analyses as required
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar experience
- Pays strict attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
