Description:

Candidates will be an accounts payable clerk for a large oil & gas company in San Antonio. They will be specifically working in the vendor resolution department in accounts payable. They will be the first person to contact with any issues/questions vendors have on their account. Our candidates will handle some invoice processing but this team mainly communicates with the vendors and makes sure that invoices are being paid accurately and on time. These candidates will not be setting up vendors in SAP, just maintaining the accounts they are responsible for.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates must have 1+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Candidates must have 6+ months of SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Jd Edwards experience.
• Candidates must have experience working with vendors and communicating an issues on their account.
• Candidates must have experience resolving vendor discrepancies.
