Accounts Payable Clerk Job at The Plus Group
We are looking to hire a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to work for a well-established manufacturing company located in Woodridge, IL. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Pay: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Duties:
- Processing of all accounts payable invoices
- Monitoring of payment terms to ensure vendors are paid with established time limits
- Efficiently and timely posting of expenditures into accounting system
- Reconciling accounts payable related accounts
- Providing effective communication regarding accounts payable issues
- Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of three (3) years Account Payable experience required
· Knowledge of general accounting principles
