Accounts Payable Job at CAMBRIDGE PAVERS
Job description
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices.
Accounts Payable Job Duties
Sort, code, and match invoices
3 way match
Receive raw material daily
Set invoices up for payment
Enter and upload invoice into the system
Track expenses and process expense reports
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Maintain vendor files
Produce monthly reports
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Requirements
Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL, including vlookups and pivot tables
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational ability
Effective corporate communication skills
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
NetSuite experience is a plus
Fast paced environment
Data entry skills
General math skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Education
High school or equivalent
College accounting courses and/or accounting degree is a plus
Experience
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounts Payable: 1 year (Preferred)
