JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our clients in Deerfield Beach is looking for a NetSuite admin to join their team. This individual will be working with technical teams to optimize the NetSuite platform. An ideal candidate will be able to support and administer NetSuite. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to work with teams and make their customers' satisfaction the key focus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a NetSuite Admin role
- Experience providing Financial Systems Support to the business by troubleshooting questions and incidents.
- Experience creating and maintaining master data within NetSuite and keeping documentation updated.
- Experience in supporting Month End Close.
- Experience in supporting UAT for deployments and enhancements, and the change management process in Service Now and NetSuite. Prioritizing and managing the Service Now ticket queue.
- Knowledge of Blackline preferable.
- Experience in Security/Access - Approve/Deny access requests and support User Access Reviews
- Professional customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
