Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for entering financial data by compiling and analyzing account information. Specifically, responsible for: entering daily cash receivables into Policy administration system, financial analysis, and account reconciliation.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post Payments into Accounts Receivable System
- Research customer payments to reconcile accounts receivable
- Assist with documenting and recording daily deposits/returns
- Assist in the managing of daily cash reconciliation/cash flow
- Assist in Accounts Payable transactions
- Compile production reports monthly
- Assist with timely commission reports for agents and external producers monthly
- Pursue outstanding accounts receivables monthly
- Compile various month end, quarter end, and year end close reports
- Assist with compiling information for auditors (on-going)
- Strong written and verbal communication with customers
- Collection of unpaid invoices
- Various duties as assigned
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Degree Required: No
- Accounting background.
- Years of Experience: 2+
- Details of Experience: Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V lookup, etc.); QuickBooks General Ledger and General knowledge of accounting practices
- Remote Position
- Central time zone work hours

Pay: $20.00 - $24.08 per hour
