Position: Accountant
Location: Corporate Office - Franklin, TN
Hybrid option: MWF in Franklin office
Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)
Up to $70k/year Depending on Experience
- Assist in the completion of the month-end process. Prepare standard month-end journal entries, including amortization of prepaid assets.
- Contract reconciliations. Review monthly pools/caps in preparation for invoicing and month-end close.
- Prepare month end Balance Sheet reconciliations as assigned.
- Review and post GL uploads of claims, pharmacy and credit card bills.
- Prepare Insurance Expense allocations.
- Assist the Controller with quarterly/annual local tax filings and annual report.
- Fixed assets maintenance
- Miscellaneous projects or reports as required by management.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 2-4 years related experience
- Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
- Sage Intacct Experience a plus
- Active CPR certification
