First, we would be looking for you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience. We would also be looking for you to have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple stakeholders. International experience is preferred, but not required.

Second, this position will be responsible for things like coordinating the order entry process when an order is placed, maintaining accurate records for quotation, initiating contracts, monitoring order’s progress through production process via the Enterprise Resource System, providing technical support and answering questions about the mechanical properties and capabilities of the products, and troubleshooting and resolving problems when product and/or delivery do not meet customer’s expectations.
