The Position
We are looking for an Account Manager to help us step up our game in service excellence for our ministry clients. For this role, you have to have a high level of passion, enthusiasm, and a heart for service and ministry. This position is either remote or based out of Plano, TX. In this role, you'll manage relationships with clients, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused on helping to expand client relationships. You will partner closely with other Pray.com teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product and Data Analytics to ensure clients achieve their objectives and realize significant value from using our platform.

What you will do
  • Drive business growth with our clients by identifying relevant account opportunities and implementing solutions
  • Coordinate all user-generated content
  • Proactively manage the renewal process with high-touch meetings and problem resolution
  • Surprise, wow, and delight customers, especially during special occasions
  • Manage content channels including Pray Radio and Pray Podcasts
  • Coordinate and manage live streams, Sunday Services, etc.
  • Put together weekly and monthly reporting of key metrics and updates
  • Onboard new clients and provide them with a positive first impression and buyer satisfaction

What you need
  • 5+ years account management experience
  • Ministry experience and/or church volunteer experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships with many internal and external stakeholders, project manage, set priorities and stay organized
  • Experience managing contract renewals and up-sells
  • Successful record of building, improving, and leading account management processes and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Verifiable references that can attest to shared values, diligence, and results
