ABOUT YOU

This position oversees day-to-day client management, scheduling, strategy, internal and external communication. The Account Executive maintains a high level awareness of client activities, key dates, and social trends, has detail-oriented project management skills, and professionally communicates with key client contacts.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Work with the team in managing & executing daily client communication.
  • Manage internal and client feedback in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external client related meetings and calendars.
  • Organize the timing and completion of client presentations, weekly updates, recap documents and reports.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

  • In collaboration with Client, develop a brand narrative that is interwoven throughout the digital campaign.
  • Coordinate and participate in creative brainstorms.
  • Ensure all client social channels are up-to-date with the most recent artwork, photography, copy, and approved posts.
  • Conduct research for a variety of needs, including sourcing digital assets, quotes, social handles, etc.
  • Remain culturally sensitive and aware to ensure client content is on top and ahead of social trends.
  • Ideate and create various graphic, photographic, and video assets, as needed.

BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure all creative requests and briefs are received in the necessary timeframe, delivered on time and with budget awareness.
  • Understanding of each client's creative to ensure all assets adhere to brand style guide.
  • Basic copy editing for spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Create full end-to-end timelines for projects, track major milestones and clearly communicate and escalate timing risks in appropriate creative meetings.
  • Create and drive agenda for account reviews. Present program updates, timing and key milestone moments. Encourage feedback at correct points in process, communicate potential risks and recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with the internal creative team as well as key stakeholders to ensure creative is developed according to strategy and deadlines are being met. Areas of focus will include organic and paid social content, e-commerce, digital media advertising campaigns and any other branded video content.
  • Own schedule inclusive of production timeline, internal and client reviews.
  • Help organize creative assets on dropbox.
  • Understanding of design file formats for both print and web purposes and packaging production a major plus.

CONTENT CAPTURE PRODUCTION

  • Line producing video and photo shoots and livestreams (both in-person and virtually) involving talent within budget and scope, often while being mindful of theatrical union regulations.
  • Proficient in Zoom, Streamyard, and similar platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years account management, marketing, or relevant experience. Experience as the main point of contact for an account is highly recommended.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communication, advertising, marketing or relevant field.
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Dropbox, and Mac OS X; Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, and Wix proficiency also highly recommended.
  • A passion for and a knowledge of all social media platforms.
  • Must be able to problem solve on the fly.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to changes in projects and client goals.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritize.
  • Must be comfortable with working in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
