Position: Account Execs – Municipality Wastewater SaaS Solutions
Location: Houston, Dallas, El Paso
International company located on East Coast with unique SaaS water technology for the Wastewater industry is hiring an Account Executive, in Texas. Can live anywhere in Texas but be expected to travel.
The Account Executive will be responsible for both leading the delivery of revenue and selling SaaS solutions to the wastewater industry in Texas, They will be tasked with new business acquisition to existing client development renewals and expansions.
They should have a passion for consultative selling and experience in both direct and indirect sales.
They will work closely with sales and executive leadership to develop and enhance overall sales strategy, budget and plan.
Responsibilities
Hunting potential customers within water municipalities.
Execution of the marketing and business development programs
Attain revenue and profitability quotas
Researching and identifying potential US customers for the company's value added products and services.
Participating in industry conferences, exhibitions and other events.
Being involved in all aspects of the sales cycle starting from lead generation to contract negotiation

Qualifications
- Must have sales experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Must have a proven track record of selling solutions to Municipality Wastewater groups
- Existing network and relationships with Texas city government officials specifically in wastewater / environmental space.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and creative strategic thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously in a complex sales environment.
- Ambitious desire with bringing new customers and maximizing revenue.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce preferred.
- Flexible and eager to work in a fast-growing, multi-tasking environment.
- BA/BS in Engineering or Environmental a big plus
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
