QualiTest is looking for Software Quality Engineers to join our team as Remote Employee.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Quality Assurance and Testing validation of each individual BA team’s processes and deliverables
• Provide cross functional support of unique QA concentration areas to support the overall team efforts
• Prepare Quality plan for each project
• Participates in the development of the project's software process description
• Reviews software engineering and development activities to verify compliance with defined software process
• Audits designated software work products to verify compliance with those defined as part of software process
• Ensures that deviations in software work and work products are documented and handled according to a document procedure
• Records any noncompliance and reports to quality manager and client’s leadership team

Requirements

• CC&B experience (Customer Care & Billing)
• Exp with being in a role where they champion IT Quality initiatives, including continuous process improvement and total quality management across all teams
• Understanding of Software Delivery lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile)
• Some type of quality process compliance validation experience (could be from varying industries…for example, could come from a financial background) – aka this person will need to do the checking of something against a standard
• Person will not have to have led a QA team, but will need to have helped with QA compliance/helping to build out a new QA team before, etc.
• Experience leading a team (very nice to have)
• Must have good Written & Verbal Communication.
