Schedule: Thursday and Friday 10pm - 6am, Saturday and Sunday 6pm - 6am
The DTR Shipping Clerk makes an impact by –
- Serving as the communicator to support multiple teams including Warehousing, Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Customer Service personnel
- Inputting data into various computer databases, printing and dispensing reports, loading sheets, distributing invoices and delivering them to warehouse personnel and delivery drivers
- Greeting and assisting visitors who come to the warehouse office entrance, providing directions, coordinator customer pick-up, and/or delivery of product
- Supporting Yard Dispatch by receiving requests for equipment moves from various departments, documenting yard activity in yard management software, and communicating move requests and other assignments via two-way radio, computer, and CB radio
You could be a great fit if you have these things –
- Previous shipping clerk experience
- Other office clerical and data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
