POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure the flow of materials through the supply chain. Follow safety procedures. Ensure production area is organized and clean. Assist others as needed, facilitate and expedite the flow of materials to and from various departments. Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials. Ship, receive, stock and deliver parts, supplies and materials. Efficiently locate, stack and load merchandise using a forklift vehicle or other power equipment. Ensure the accurate number and type of the product is shipped. Document and maintain inventory.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday

Earn OT by working weekends

2nd Shift 3:00 pm- 11:00pm $16.50 per hour

3rd Shift 11:00pm – 7:00am $18.00 per hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Place the colors/resin and Place materials
• Tie the skids
• Wrap and place boxes upstairs; Bring Boxes
• Place pallets; Place paper on the pallets
• Bring and Replace tape
• Remove all type of scrap
• Drive the forklift, able to operate hand truck, hand cutters and sit-down forklift
• Load the trailers and receive all colors, pallets or anything else the driver is dropping off for the company
• Compile all cardboard and organize, keeping all trailers clean
• Place all items neatly where they belong
• Place pallets by the machines and making sure it is the correct pallet
• Ensure that everything is wrapped with the correct labels; No boxes should go out without a label or with the wrong label.
• Replace the colors in gaylords when they become empty
• Candidates must be detail oriented
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced setting
• Candidate must also be able to lift up to 35lbs
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• H.S. graduate or GED equivalent – Preferred.
• At least 1-2 years in a plastic manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $16.50 per hour- 2nd shift / $18.00 3rd shift
