The purpose of the role:

Ensures safe and accurate picking and packing/skidding of outbound orders to arrive at our customer in a quality condition.

Responsibilities:

• Pick correct products by verifying material picked matches the provided documents - strong attention to detail a must!
• Safely operate mobile equipment - stand up forklift experience required.
• Check quality of product and report findings to Packer, Lead, Supervisor or QC if necessary
• Cross train for different areas/functions

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift/Mobile Equipment experience required - STAND UP LIFT experience is required and a test is administered during the interview.

• Basic reading and math skills. Must be able to follow directions.
• Exercises independent initiative/judgement in work methods.
• Ability to lead by example, gain respect from a team and communicate with clarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
