Position: Call Center Operator

Location: Honolulu, Oahu, HI

Experience: Previous call center experience preferred

Education: HS diploma or GED equivalent

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Available shifts:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• 11:00am - 7:30pm
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 10:00pm - 6:30am

Pay: $17/hr

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking Call Center Operators to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Manage approximately 200 calls per shift
• Respond to alarms and accurately document each step for historical records
• Dispatch police, file or guard service as necessary
• Notify customers of alarm problems
• Answer incoming customer and technician calls and assist as applicable
• Monitor and protect integrity requirements for a secured facility
• Assists with projects

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic data entry and retrieval skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions and resolutions
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Type 40-45 words per minute
